Return Policy

1. Your Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer purchasing from us via distance means (online), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you, takes physical possession of the goods. This right is provided under the Finnish Consumer Protection Act (kuluttajansuojalaki 38/1978, Chapter 6) and EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights.

You do not need to give any reason for withdrawal.

2. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that have been unsealed after delivery where the seal was broken for hygiene or health protection reasons, and where the goods have become unsuitable for return after being opened.

Specifically, Medonex products that have been opened (i.e. the original seal has been broken) cannot be returned under the right of withdrawal, except where the product is defective.

3. How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw before the 14-day period expires. You can do this by:

• Sending an email to message-ask@styxreonllxexiu.world with the subject line "Withdrawal — Order [your order number]".
• Writing to us at: Styxreonllxexiu, Ounasvaarantie 15, 96400 Rovaniemi, Finland.

Please include: your full name, order number, date of purchase and the item(s) you wish to return. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not obligatory.

4. Returning the Goods

After notifying us of your decision to withdraw, you must return the goods without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of the day on which you communicated your decision to withdraw. The goods must be returned to:

Returned goods must be:

• In their original, unopened condition.
• In their original packaging, undamaged.
• Accompanied by your order details (name and order number).

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. We recommend using a tracked postal or courier service, as we cannot be responsible for goods lost in transit.

5. Refunds

Upon receiving your returned goods and verifying that they meet the conditions above, we will refund all payments received from you, including the standard delivery charge (if any), without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of the day we receive the goods back, or of you providing evidence of having returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

We will issue the refund using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back in acceptable condition.

6. Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged in transit, or does not match your order, please contact us within a reasonable time (we recommend within 7 days of receipt) at message-ask@styxreonllxexiu.world. We will arrange a replacement or full refund as appropriate, including any return shipping costs, in accordance with the Finnish Consumer Protection Act.
