5. Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 business days of receipt. Estimated delivery times are provided as guidance and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery.

6. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

As a consumer in Finland, you have the right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason, pursuant to the Finnish Consumer Protection Act and EU Directive 2011/83/EU.
